You must be 18 or older to commission.

Every detail will be discussed in a private chat only on Telegram, always in written form. My Telegram user will always be @NambaGamba. If someone tries to write you on another platform like Instagram, Reddit, Discord, etc, with a similar username... that is not me. Unless I give you a heads up and show you proof that, indeed, it's me.

I DO NOT CONDONE acts of homophobia, transphobia, racism, zoophilia, pedophilia, or any kind of violation/denial of human rights. If a client is engaging in any kind of activity in those categories, I reserve the right to dissociate myself from the person publicly, remove them from my channel, stop any kind of communication, and blacklist them from future commissions. I reserve the right to cancel the commission without refund if the client is harassing me or being aggressive.

You are under NO CIRCUMSTANCES allowed to feed my art to any kind of AI in any shape or form. If you do this, you will be blacklisted for future commissions of any kind.

All payments are in Euro divisa (EUR, €) and processed via Revolut, Bizum, or PayPal.

Price can vary depending on design complexity or extra elements. I will let you know the final price once you send me your reference sheet on Telegram.

Payments are non-refundable unless unforeseen circumstances on my part and I am unable to fulfill your commission. In that case, I will refund you 100%. I WILL NOT send you the unfinished commission (images, sketches, file, etc).

Once you pay, I will add you to the Trello queue and start working on the commission.

Be sure that you are 100% satisfied with the design you submit, since I can't change the entire design after drawing it. Changes will only apply in the sketch stage before lineart; after this, no changes will be made (unless it's color related!).

Keep in mind that you are commissioning me for my style; I won't copy or imitate in any way the style of another artist or show. Your commission may be rejected, and you may be blacklisted if the design is stolen. I'm not responsible for not recognizing stolen designs; please understand that there are many around the world, and I sadly can't be aware of every single one that exists.

When submitting your reference sheet, remember that it must be flat color front and back. Side and head views are a plus!

Art can be finished in 1-3 weeks max. This depends on the queue and the complexity. Please don't rush me, I don't work with deadlines. I want to avoid stress and bad results. If you are in a hurry, don't commission me.

You will always receive WIP screenshots; keep in mind that these will always have a watermark.

I will never send you the final product without my watermark.

If you'd like a very specific commission (example, full-body walking in a cyberpunk-themed city, drinking Red Bull with a very specific pose), feel free to tell me your idea and send me references!! I want to make sure that you LOVE your commission and it's perfect for you.

Please credit me if you post the commission somewhere! I would really appreciate it since I'm a small artist.

I may charge extra or refuse to do it if the submitted design is VERY complex. Don't worry, I will let you know! I'll try my best.
